Burgess Regulatory Services Ltd is a privately owned company specialising in providing Chemical Registration Services.  Burgess Regulatory Services is focussed on providing expert support and guidance under REACH through consortium representation and Registration dossier management from both a technical and strategic angle.

Burgess Regulatory Services is owned and run by Andrew (Andy) Burgess who has 12 years of Chemical Registration experience covering all elements of chemical Registration from Registration strategy development, dossier and chemical safety assessment preparation and post-submission support with regulators.  During this time Andy has managed several teams of regulatory professionals and oversaw the successful submission of more than 700 substances on a global basis and directly prepared a further 100 substance submissions.  In REACH he is currently is an active representative in 12 consortium committees with Registration deadlines in 2010, one of which he leads the Technical Committee of, and provides Registration support services for many companies with substances for Registration in 2010.
